We aim to provide a full decision by email within 3 working days subject to receiving a full completed application form and payment verification.

Refund Conditions:

Should we receive a cancellation email from the applicants before the decision is provided a full refund shall be authorised. Additional information may also be needed, if this is the case we shall contact you by email and will require a reply within 7 days. If you are unable to provided us with a reply your decision will be completed based on the details already provided. No other refunds shall be considered, unless you submit a written request to the following address within 3 working days of your enquiry and payment.
