GMAC Residential Funding is part of General Motors. Quite rightly, General Motors is linked to car manufacturing, but in the US its finance arm, GMAC Financial Services, is also a household name. In fact, its one of the largest financial services companies in the world with a presence in over 40 countries.

GMAC-RFCwas formed in the UK in 1998 and is now the UKs 12th largest mortgage lender*. In 2004 we completed 6.34 billion in mortgage loans and in the past 12 months we have won a variety of awards for our products and services including the prestigious Your Mortgage Best Intermediary Lender Award. Our headquarters is in Bracknell, Berkshire where we have over 700 staff.
